Please ship the item, along with a copy of the receipt or packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.

Have a problem when you first receive your order?

In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, I will send you a prepaid return label to return the item for replacement at my expense if you contact me within five days of receiving your order.
Simply call me at (207) 825-3168, or email me at sally@sallythibault.com and I will be happy to assist you! If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork.
